Our services include:
- LAYOUT & DESIGN - using state of the art computer equipment and software utilising high end scanning. Coastline is able to provide a second to none Graphic Arts service from preliminary design to completed art and finished job. To learn more, see our September 2006 newsletter (PDF, 264KB).
- PROOFING - using Kodak Matchprint Inkjet proofing system. Providing high-quality and enhanced colour proofs which will closely match the press printed result.
- 4 COLOR PROCESS PRINTING - Quality printing using renowned Heidelberg equipment Single Color Presses, 2 color presses or 4 color presses up to a maximum sheet size of 720mm x 510mm.
- FOLDING - This is where the ultra modern Stahl folding machine comes to the fore. No matter how complex or amount of folds Coastline can do it.
- COLLATING - STITCHING - The Sheridan saddle collating, stitching, trimming machine can produce final trimmed A6 to A4 booklets up to 64 pages in a flash. - The Watkiss 4-bin collator can collate your flat sheets instantly. - A variety of stitchers can handle books over an inch thick.
- DRILLING - How many holes do you want?? The Iram 4 head drilling machine can drill four at a time at a depth of 75mm.
- COMPUTER STATIONERY, RAISED PRINTING, EMBOSSING - Although Coastline does not have the facilities to produce these jobs on site, our Quality Assured system allows us to distribute to a network of manufacturers all over the state to give you the best prices and service available to us.
- LAMINATING – Coastline can now offer a laminating service, after the purchase of a Clear Coat Laminator – Now you can protect your documents with permanent laminating from Business Cards up to A3 size.
